The Zimbabwe Anti-Corruption Commission (ZACC) has arrested a company director accused of masterminding a grocery smuggling scheme that allegedly prejudiced the Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (ZIMRA) of nearly ZAR3 million in unpaid import duty.
