TWO suspects have been arrested for smashing the wind shield of a vehicle, snatching a satchel containing US$10,000 before speeding off. The unnamed motorist is said to have pursued the two, Nicholas Seven and Trymore Chikasha, who were driving a Toyota Fortuner, which was later involved in an accident leading to their arrest.
