Zambia Correctional Service (ZCS) Commissioner General Fredrick Chilukutu has cautioned inmates against engaging in political factionalism within correctional facilities. Speaking to inmates at Solwezi Correctional Facility, Chilukutu said political infighting undermines the core mandate of the correctional service.
