North-Western Province Minister Robert Lihefu has described the late Bertha Mbambiko as a selfless person who advocated for development in the province. Speaking during her memorial service held at Kimasala Evangelical Church in Solwezi District, Mr Lihefu said Ms Mbambiko was a kind-hearted woman who was appreciated by her family and the community at large.
