Senditoo, a software developing company specialised in digital solutions, has called on the Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) to adopt Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance accuracy, transparency and operational efficiency in future elections. Senditoo Managing Director, Elson Chigerwe, explains that integrating AI would significantly reduce incidents of ghost voters, while minimising opportunities for human manipulation and miscalculations.
