Vice President Mutale Nalumango has urged prospective miners to acquire mining licenses before venturing into any mining activities in the country. Mrs Nalumango said the licensing procedure must be made available to everyone so that those that need to get mining licenses can have access. She added that this will help improve the economic landscape [ ]
