The Harare City Council is considering the establishment of a Commission of Inquiry to investigate the rising number of occupational fatalities, amid growing concerns over poor working conditions. This comes after three workers died last month at the Morton Jaffray Water Works plant, following the earlier deaths of two employees at a Glen View sewer treatment [ ]
